The Schmid College of Science and Technology is set to host a panel discussion on the business of food safety Monday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. in Argyros Forum 209c. The panel will feature industry veterans, including: Doug Circle, President and CEO of Circle Vision, Mark Murai, CEO of California Strawberry Commission, and Ed Haft, CEO of Frozsun Food and Sunrise Growers.
The agenda will cover food safety outbreaks, risk management, crisis planning, food safety programs, and third party audits. With their depth of experience, the panelists will also present a template for managing business, consumers and customers during outbreaks.
