If your Mondays need meditation, stop by the Fish Interfaith Center at noon

Dean Gail Stearns will teach a four-session course on mindfulness meditation at the Fish Interfaith Center, Wallace All Faiths Chapel.


Are you seeking ways to be more present and less anxious?  Would you like to cultivate positive emotions, such as compassion, in your life?

Then the Introduction to Mindfulness course offered by Gail Stearns, Ph.D., dean of the Fish Interfaith Center and Wallace All Faiths Chapel, may be just the thing. The Monday session will be held from noon to 1 p.m. and begin today, Sept. 10, and continue through Monday, Oct. 1. Attendance at all four sessions is recommended.

At each session Dean Stearns will give a brief introduction on an aspect of mindfulness meditation, followed by sitting together in silence.

. But if you’ve been too busy to do that here’s your first assignment – relax and just show up for drop in.
