Women’s swim team dunks 11 records at conference meet, led by sophomore Julie Case

The Chapman University women’s swim team broke 11 school records at the four-day Pacific Collegiate Swim Conference (PCSC) Championships at La Mirada Regional Aquatic Center over the weekend. The team set more school records at the 2012 Championships than any previous year.

Julie Case
led the way, setting four Chapman records which earned her Division III Swimmer of the Meet. She set school records in the 200-yard freestyle (1:54.84), 500-yard freestyle (5:05.02), 1,000-yard freestyle (10:30.74) and 1,650-yard freestyle (17:24.94).
