Chapman University’s favorite canine pals returned to campus today, Dec. 7, just in time to help students de-stress with a bit of puppy love on the Attallah Piazza before final week gets underway. Actually, the friskie friends aren’t puppies, but trained therapy dogs who makes visits to schools and hospitals year-round with the volunteers who run Beach Animals Reading to Kids (BARK). The event, Furry Friends for Finals, is sponsored by Active Minds, a student group dedicated to mental and emotional well-being.
The BARK dogs thoroughly enjoy coming to visit the Chapman students at Furry Friends for Finals. It’s always a well-run event and the dogs and handlers had a great time!
