Professor Frelly to be honored by Arts Orange County

Robert Frelly, D.M.A, associate professor, director of music education at Chapman University’s College of Performing Arts, and artistic director and conductor of the Southern California Youth Philharmonic, has been chosen to receive an

Annual Achievement Award from Arts Orange County.

Arts Orange County is a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of the local arts community and the development of arts education.
