The memorial service for the late Walter Clark, Ph.D., a champion of
Chapman University’s Food Science Program
and one of its beloved founders, is at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 18 at Wallace All Faiths Chapel.

Dr. Clark died Saturday, Nov. 13, just days shy of his 90
th
birthday. His obituary was published in a previous
