Advancing the cause of cookies

Those talented event organizers of University Advancement, who pull together everything from American Celebration to Homecoming and Family Weekend, put their hands to a lunch-hour cookie exchange today. Need we say more?

With their neighbors from Financial Services, the two departments created a parade of some 30 plates of different cookies, more than a few of which were gobbled up right on the spot.

A shout-out to cookie exchange organizer Rachael Gottlieb, senior assistant in special events, who convinced folks who didn’t even own cookie sheets to find their way to a kitchen to rustle up a batch of holiday treats.
