Lawrence and Kristina Dodge to be honored at film festival

Tickets are on sale for the screenings, workshops and festivities of the
Anaheim International Film Festival
, which runs Oct. 13 to Oct. 17 and is co-sponsored by
Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts
.

The inaugural film festival features five days of screenings, workshops, and events, including a gala at which Orange County philanthropists Lawrence and Kristina Dodge will be honored with the festival’s Lifetime Achievement Award.

“We are honored to present Larry and Kristina Dodge with the AIFF Lifetime Achievement Award for their contributions to film and the arts,” said Sinan Kanatsiz, chairman, Anaheim International Film Festival. “The Dodges have tirelessly committed their time, resources and expertise to numerous philanthropic causes nationwide, and as residents of Orange County, their contributions to the local community are immeasurable. As a graduate of Chapman University myself, I have seen firsthand what a positive impact the Dodges have had, creating a world-class film school that has produced a new generation of highly talented filmmakers.”
