
Grab a chair and blanket and mark your calendar for Wed., Sept. 1, when the
Chapman Alumni Association
hosts an outdoor film night showcasing student works from
Dodge College of Film and Media Arts
.
The “Chapman Film Fête” will be held from 7:30 to 10 p.m. in Davis Quad, within the residential housing area. Eight films will be featured, most of which are thesis projects created by seniors or graduate students, including one that premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and several others that have been invited to show at film festivals across the country.
Average running time for the films is 18 minutes – and one is a commercial – so it will be an evening full of variety.

The Film Fête will is hosted with support from Dodge College of Film and Media Arts, Chapman Residence Life and Chapman Radio.
