Volunteers needed for Chapman booth at International Street Fair

Chapman University is reviving its tradition of sponsoring a booth at the
Orange International Street Fair
and needs smiling faces to help staff the booth during the fair’s run, Sept. 3-5.

It’s a fun and lively event, and easy duty, says Kathy Wright, executive assistant to the executive vice president and chief operating officer and coordinator of the booth.

“It’s just about being there, being the face of Chapman. It’s a great opportunity to be out there and talk to people from the city of Orange and our neighbors and about the things Chapman is doing,” Wright says.

This year’s theme is “Developing Partnerships … Serving the Community,” and Chapman’s Public Safety community liaison officers as well as other Public Safety officers will staff the booth as well.
