On Tuesday, March 2, the Chapman University Democrats will be screening the Oscar-nominated film
The Hurt Locker
in Beckman 102 at 7 p.m. 
The Hurt Locker
is an intense portrayal of an elite bomb-disposal squad in Iraq, forced to play in a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse in the chaos of war.  Directed by Katherine Bigelow, it has been nominated for 9 Academy Awards, including Best Picture of the Year.   Admission is free!
