This coming Saturday, February 13, the Chapman University men’s club lacrosse team is hosting Brigham Young University at 7 p.m. on Wilson Field in a nationally televised game on Fox College Sports. Both teams are part of the MCLA (Men’s Collegiate Lacrosse Association). Chapman is ranked No. 2 in the nation while BYU is No. 3. This game is a rematch of last year’s MCLA semifinal game which Chapman won.
This game vs. BYU marks the first-ever live broadcast of a regular season men’s lacrosse game. The game is presented by STX, which is the title sponsor. They are the main producers of lacrosse gear. Tickets are $5 for adults, $3 for visiting students, children and seniors. For this game however, children or teams who show up in their lacrosse gear get in free.
