Chapman University’s Food Science Program in conjunction with the Leatherby Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Ethics’ “Food Entrepreneur’s Workshop” can answer your questions so you can get that food business up and running. The course will be held on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 26-27, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
