Each year, Chapman hosts more than 25,000 events, including many organized by student groups. To help ensure smooth planning and compliance, please keep in mind the following guidelines when inviting speakers or performers to campus:

All speaker/performer agreements must be fully executed before the event or class appearance date.

As a nonprofit institution, Chapman must comply with legal provisions regarding political advocacy and follow the university’s Facility Use and Event Policy.
