Professor Kyndra Rotunda quoted on issue of Guantanamo detainees

Kyndra K. Rotunda, associate professor, Chapman University School of Law, and executive director of the school’s AMVETS Legal Clinic, was interviewed for an article in
USAToday
regarding a WikiLeaks report indicating that more than one-third of the Guantanamo detainees are considered high-risk.

Professor Rotunda is a former legal adviser to the camp commander, investigators and prosecutors at the Guantanamo Bay detention center.
