Celebration of CalOptima’s Transformational Gift 12 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 28, Rinker Campus Center

Earlier this spring, CalOptima awarded Chapman’s Physician Assistant Program a $5 million grant to fund full-tuition scholarships for students from underrepresented backgrounds in Orange County to attend the PA program. In addition to empowering these students to become PAs, CalOptima’s visionary support will also change the lives of countless others, as these students graduate and go on to serve communities with less access to primary care here in Orange County.

On Wednesday, August 28, we will gather at the Rinker Campus Center at 12 p.m. for a short program to honor CalOptima’s tremendous support and celebrate the impact it will have on the lives of our Physician Assistant students and the communities they will serve.
