LAST CHANCE: Open Enrollment Ends on Nov. 14

Time is running out to make your 2025 benefit elections. Open Enrollment closes at 5 p.m. on Nov. 14. If you haven’t already logged in, visit Working@Chapman to confirm your coverage, beneficiaries and voluntary plans.

To enroll, log into your Employee Self-Service Portal, then go to My Benefits > Benefits Enrollment. If you are a supervisor, after logging into the Self-Service Portal, click on “Manager Self Service” and choose “Employee Self Service” from the dropdown menu to access My Benefits > Benefits Enrollment.

This year brings new options, including a commuter flexible spending account that uses pre-tax dollars for eligible transit costs. Looking ahead, health FSA participants will be able to roll over up to $680 from 2026 into 2027. These changes are designed to give you more flexibility and financial support.

Open Enrollment only comes once a year, so take advantage of the opportunity to ensure your selections align with your needs. After Nov. 14, your choices will be set for the coming year.
