Carousel digital signage is replacing signage.chapman.edu—and campus is almost fully converted!
A huge thank-you to our partners in IS&T for their dedication throughout this tech rollout, which has been underway since January. Their efforts helped bring us to the finish line.
As we wrap up the transition, it’s time to officially retire signage.chapman.edu. This homegrown tool served the campus well for nearly a decade and was originally built by the talented developers here in SMC. While the tool itself is going offline, the URL will now redirect to the brand.chapman.edu digital signage guide to help new users get started. Expect to see this change take effect within the current week (June 2, 2025).
For those not yet using Carousel but interested in sharing content on campus screens:
Access to the Carousel system requires completion of a short training. You can request access by filling out this training request form. Once completed, you’ll be ready to submit and manage bulletins with confidence.
