The Chapman Coffee Club and the Food Science Program are pleased to offer a freshly roasted batch of Panther Cheer at the Agora Gift Shop and the Hilbert Museum Cafe. The coffee is sourced from a farm in the Antigua region of Guatemala, and uses old Bourbon cultivars grown in rich volcanic soil under partial shade of grevillea and avocado trees. This medium roasted coffee has an aroma of milk chocolate and flavors of plum, citrus and cream. The coffee beans are priced at $16 for a 12-ounce bag.
