Chapman University’s Ticketing Services team has been named the 2025 Outstanding Ticket Office by the International Ticketing Association (INTIX), a global organization representing major venues, Broadway theaters, professional sports teams and higher education institutions. This prestigious national recognition underscores the team’s remarkable transformation over the past six years, evolving from a complete startup initiative to a sophisticated, highly rated ticket operation that now serves as a model of excellence.
The Ticketing Services team was applauded for their ability to support a wide variety of events across campus while implementing creative solutions to ensure smooth operations. The team was specifically recognized for exceptional customer satisfaction ratings, maintaining an 88% average customer satisfaction rating, and their proactive approach to improvement, actively seeking and implementing user feedback to drive continuous improvement in operations and customer experience.
