The graduate student worker role involves providing administrative support to Student Psychological Counseling Services (SPCS), including receptionist duties and offering customer service to students, parents, faculty and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling appointments
- Making referrals to SPCS and other on-campus support services
- Assisting in mental health crisis situations
Candidates must also have a strong understanding of confidentiality and its legal and ethical implications.
