The Provost’s Organizational Excellence Fund was established in alignment with the University’s Strategic Plan initiative for Organizational Excellence to inspire new, innovative strategies to transform systems and processes across campus. The fund will support awards to one-to two project teams for enhancements in organizational effectiveness, efficiency and improved processes. Up to $25,000 will be awarded between one-to-two project teams by a committee of faculty and staff appointed by the Long Range Planning Committee (LRPC) that will review proposals based on defined eligibility and criteria.
