In light of recent modifications to the Student Employee Federal Work-Study (FWS) back-end processes, we encountered some challenges with the availability and timely reporting of Student FWS earnings data. This has led to isolated student employee award usage cases that require further investigation.
Please know that Human Resources, Financial Services, and Information Systems and Technology teams are actively working to address the issue and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible.
We will reach out soon with more information and guidance to those departments that have been impacted.
