Timesheets for the pay period of Dec. 9, 2024 through Dec. 22, 2024 must be submitted by hourly employees and approved by their supervisors by the end of the day Tuesday, Dec. 17, 2024. For hourly employees scheduled to work Dec. 21, 2024 and/or Dec. 22, 2024, please forecast those hours and have them pre-entered on your timesheet for approval by the deadline. If any changes are needed after the hours are worked, you may correct and resubmit your timesheet for approval and payment on the next payroll.
Supervisors and faculty members who approve timesheets, if you plan to be on vacation, please approve everything you are able to before you leave campus. If you would like to authorize someone else to approve timesheets on your behalf temporarily, please email payroll@chapman.edu with the name and duration they are authorized.
Student and seasonal workers: Please complete your timesheet or final ATO before you leave campus for the Winter Break. Please also review and update your address(es) on file in Employee Self-Service. If you receive a live payroll check, it will be mailed to your home address on file.
