The Cultural Essentials Series (CES) is designed to enhance fundamental aspects of the supervisor-employee relationship, which in turn positively impacts the employee experience. Employees can work collectively to make Chapman a place where we can engage, achieve and belong. CES is composed of four workshops that focus on: Leadership, Care, Service and Relationships.
