Improved ERCR Form Submission Process

We are excited to announce a streamlined process for submitting Employee Requisitions and Change Requests (ERCR) for new hires and position changes related to Staff and Administrators.

You can now directly add the important details electronically with DocuSign integration. It’s easy to access DocuSign; use your Chapman University credentials, follow the simple step-by-step instructions, receive instant confirmation, and track your ERCR submission progress online!

For actions related to Student Employees or Faculty, their current processes remain in place. For student employee actions, please continue working with the Student Employment Team. For Faculty Extra Pay actions, please coordinate with the Academic Financial Operations Office.
