Chapman Students Part of Winning Team at ‘Peds Hack-a-Thon’

Two Chapman University students won CHOC Children’s annual “Peds Hack-a-Thon.”

Pria Chawla ’25 and Ria Chawla ’25 were members of a five-person team that won with a pitch to redesign asthma engagement and asthma medication delivery.

The event draws on people from a variety of disciplines to create solutions for pediatric and neonatal health care.

Ria Chawla is an intern and Pria Chawla is a part-time employee at CHOC.
