University Closes for Cesar Chavez Day Observed; President Struppa Announces Early Release, March 21 at 3 p.m.

In observance of Cesar Chavez Day, all Chapman University offices will be closed on Friday, March 22. Additionally, President Daniele C. Struppa announced that all faculty and staff may be dismissed at 3 p.m. on Thursday, March 21 to get an early start to the holiday weekend. Please coordinate with your supervisor, as all early releases require supervisor approval. As always, Chapman’s Public Safety dispatch is available 24/7 at (714) 997-6763. If you are on a cell phone or off campus, 911 will lead you directly to the city’s emergency services as usual.
