To accommodate payroll processing prior to winter break, all hourly employees should complete and submit their timesheet with hours worked forecasted through Dec. 24 by Monday Dec. 18. As a reminder, holiday pay for Dec. 22 will be populated automatically when you submit your timesheet. You should not enter anything on Dec. 22 unless your supervisor has scheduled you to work that day. Supervisors, to ensure your employees are paid on payday Dec. 29, you must please approve your hourly employees’ forecasted timesheets by end of day on Dec. 18. Upon return from winter break, if corrections are needed to reflect the actual time worked, please instruct your employees to make those changes and resubmit their timesheet.
