A group of Chapman University Fowler School of Engineering students are making Halloween dreams come true for local kids. They’ve taken what they’ve learned in their 3D printing class to create incredible costumes for children in need. Thomas Piechota, interim dean for Fowler School of Engineering, joined KTLA live alongside fellow students to share details on the heartfelt partnership between Chapman University and the Higher Ground mentoring program in Anaheim.
