Complete the survey by 5 p.m. on Friday, Oct.20. The link to the survey can be found in the email sent on Friday, Sept. 29 and Friday, Oct. 13.
The Grand Prize winner will be contacted directly and will be announced in the Working@Chapman newsletter on Wednesday, Oct. 25, and on the SCAQMD website.
