Facilities Management and IS&T plan to upgrade TMA, the facilities management online work request system. This upgrade is essential to enhance the performance and functionality of our services. Please take note of the following details:

During this maintenance window, access to the iServiceDesk ( will be temporarily unavailable. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and apologize for any disruption.

Until iServiveDesk is again available, you may:

  • Email your work request to and include the following:
    • Your Name
    • Phone Number
    • Building Name/Address and Room Number
    • Description of the work you are requesting

Please note that the Aramark work request system remains available to submit ONLY custodial requests.
