RSVP for a Mindfulness Certificate Course 4–5 p.m., Wednesdays From Oct. 11 – Nov. 15 via Zoom/Canvas

Mindfulness is developing an open readiness to meet every day fully. Participants will learn tools of self-awareness for living with stress and gain greater compassion for themselves, and offering greater compassion to their communities. The course will be an online virtual program and will be taught by instructor Julie Artman. Faculty, Staff and Students are welcome. RSVP by emailing interfaith@chapman.edu.
