Planning an event can seem a daunting task, and that’s why Event Operations is here to help! Each year, we provide support for tens of thousands of events at Chapman. We can help each step of the way, from reserving your venue, to ensuring the successful execution of your event on the day of.
The first step in the process is to schedule your event space through Chapman’s online space reservation system, 25Live. 25Live enables authorized members of the Chapman community to request the use of university space, equipment and services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from any computer with internet accessibility.
To access 25Live, you must be trained, and permissions must be granted. If you have a need to be able to reserve spaces on campus, please sign up for an upcoming training. View the 25Live training schedule.
Students need to be a part of a student organization or Greek Life chapter to make space reservations. Students authorized to organize events on behalf of recognized student organizations and fraternities/sororities can submit space requests using the Student Organization Meeting/Event Form.
