TIAA, a plan sponsor of our Chapman University 403(b) Tax-Deferred Annuity Plan, the Chapman University 401(a) Defined Contribution Plan and Chapman University 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, has notified Chapman that it is conducting a data analysis to ensure the most accurate summary of how institutions and individuals may be affected by a potential data security issue/vulnerability that was reported to TIAA on June 19. TIAA has shared with Chapman that it anticipates providing the detailed update no later than Wednesday, June 28.
