Last Chance to Provide Feedback Through the HERI Surveys is April 27

The HERI Staff Climate Survey and the HERI Faculty Survey will close this week at the end of the day on Thursday, April 27. Response rates are currently at 37% and 17%, respectively. If you have not done so already, please complete the survey and help raise response rates. Your participation will allow for more meaningful and representative results.

The University’s aggregated results will be reviewed by senior staff and summarized in a future newsletter, so do not miss this opportunity to provide your input. A summary of the 2020 HERI Staff Climate Survey results and the 2020 HERI Faculty Survey results can be found in an infographic newsletter published by the Institutional Research and Decision Support (IRADS) Office.

No more email reminders are scheduled, so please look at your inbox for a survey message sent to you earlier this month. Both national surveys were sent and coordinated through third-party emails and links by the Higher Education Research Institute (HERI) at UCLA. The emails with the survey link will be external messages. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

Participation in these surveys is strictly voluntary, and responses will remain confidential. For general questions about the surveys or difficulties completing the surveys, please contact Marisol Arredondo Samson, director of institutional research and decision support, at arredond@chapman.edu.
