Performance Appraisals are due to the Office of Human Resources (HR) by Friday, April 14. Visit the Performance Appraisal website for more information.

Performance Appraisals are essential to our ongoing effort to grow our impact, support and facilitate employee growth and development, and promote transparency by creating alignment around shared goals and a mutual understanding of expectations.

Please keep in mind:

·         The review period for this year’s appraisal process is January 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022. 
·         Merit will be allocated in June 2023 for eligible employees.  
·         All one-on-one feedback conversations must be concluded and signed PDF forms submitted to HR on or before Friday, April 14.  
·         Please submit to appraisals@chapman.edu. We recommend that all completed forms from the same department are submitted in one (bulk) email. 
·         If you have questions or would like to arrange a Q&A session for your department’s supervisors, please contact Michael Nee and Joyce Chen in the Employee Relations team.
