The Office of Human Resources would like to extend its sincerest gratitude to all full-time staff and administrators for their participation and support during the Description of Position and Responsibilities (DPR) process.
Phase two of the Career Compass Initiative has concluded with overwhelming success. We had 98% of employees complete their DPRs, with 95% of supervisors reviewing and submitting their questionnaires.
We are pleased to announce that we remain on track with the Career Compass Initiative. Our partners, Segal, have initiated phase three, DPR analysis. They will gather, sort, and work with us to analyze the DPR data in preparation for developing the new taxonomy and updating our current job description.
