Chapman University has been engaged in a strategic planning process since June 2022. Portions of the draft plan, “Our Path to Greatness,” and the pillars that inform it, have been shared with Deans, Board of Trustees, senior leadership, president of the Faculty Senate, president of the Student Governing Organization, staff and faculty. Now that the five-year plan is becoming more solidified, the next step is to solicit further feedback from full-time faculty and staff for one week in preparation for final presentations to the Board of Trustees Finance Committee for approval to fund the plan’s goals and to the Board of Trustees for formal approval.
