Chapman University IS&T will be performing an upgrade of the Chapman ID Card Management System, Transact Campus, beginning on March 21 with a scheduled completion of March 23, end of the day. This process may impact the following services:
- Declining balance deposits
- New ID Card Requests
- Door access changes/updates
- Meal plan changes/updates/purchases
Existing meal plans, door access, and declining balance transactions will process as normal. If you have any questions or issues during this time, please get in touch with the Service Desk, servicedesk@chapman.edu.
