Upcoming Workplace Engagement Program Will Teach You Ways to Improve Your Physical Wellness

With busy work and personal lives, it’s often so easy to put exercise and self-care at the bottom of never-ending to-do lists. But even if you’re unable to carve out time for a full workout or cook every single meal at home, there are simple and realistic steps you can take to bring more balance to your physical wellness.

The upcoming Paws Up for Workplace Wellness and Engagement  program will delve deeper into what these tips and strategies are. Join the virtual event on Wednesday, July 14, 3 p.m. to hear all about how your colleagues remain active and practice self-care.

The event is open to staff and administrators. To participate, simply share a tip on Kudoboard about what you do to stay motivated and fit. While you’re there, check out the tips already submitted. Once you submit a post to the Kudoboard, you will be entered to win a prize. The deadline to register and submit your personal tip to Kudoboard is Monday, July 12 at 5 p.m.
