A reminder for all faculty and staff that if you haven’t done so already, you may request an electronic W-2 by navigating to the “W-2 Consent” link in the “My Money” section of My.Chapman’s self service portal. 2020 W-2’s are now available. You can also request an electronic version of the 1095-C form from the “My Benefits” section. 2020 1095-C form will be available on March 2.
