Yoga, Webinars, At-Home Workouts and More in This Week’s Working Remote Series

This week, the Working Remote Series (WRS) focuses on ways to stay well, have fun and support each other. Tuesday you can participate in yoga, Thursday you can Stay Safe & Social this Summer and on Friday you can have fun with your colleagues playing online pictionary. The WRS team has also partnered with Fitness & Recreation Services to bring you At-Home Workouts.  

In addition, you’re invited to learn about your colleagues with CU Panther Pride and Chapman Pets, to invigorate others by completing a Paws for Applause form and to spend time with Chapman Hope’s Healthy Brain, Healthy Mind Series
