New Program for Faculty and Staff: Calmness, Mindfulness & Support at the Fish Interfaith Center

Beginning on Tuesday, Feb. 18, Gail Stearns, Ph.D., dean of the Fish Interfaith Center, will lead weekly sessions on calmness, mindfulness and support exclusively for faculty and staff.

“Finding calm and balance in life always feels like a challenge—including for each of us as faculty and staff here at Chapman,” says Dean Stearns. “As part of our commitment to serve faculty and staff as we collectively serve our students, we will begin a new program ‘Calmness, Mindfulness & Support’ to assist faculty and staff with the tools for achieving readiness, resilience and reflection.”

These weekly sessions will take place in the Wilkinson Founders Chapel in the Fish Interfaith Center on Tuesdays from noon to 12:45 p.m. For questions, please contact Jen Ruby.
