Chapman University climate change expert to be next Town & Gown speaker

Learn more about climate change, global warming, CO2 emissions and how they’re affecting our world at the next Town & Gown Lunch at the Forum Thursday, Nov. 7, at 11:30 a.m. in Argyros Forum 209.  Hesham M. El-Askary, Ph.D., associate professor and a member of the
Center of Excellence in Earth Systems Modeling & Observations
, will give a talk titled “Earth’s Spheres and the Changing Climate: Are We in Denial?”

Town & Gown’s Lunch at the Forum speaker series offers special lectures on a variety of current topics, ranging from the problem of looted artworks turning up in top museums to the challenges of teaching in the Internet age.

Town & Gown
