A few highlights:

  • Free master classes with some of the university’s most notable professors beginning at 1 p.m. Friday.
  • First Cut, a screening of student films in Folino Theater at Marion Knott Studios, Friday, at 8 p.m.
  • The Chapman University/Toyota of Orange 5K Run/Walk, also known as “The Flattest, Fastest and ‘Funnest’ 5K in the World,” Saturday, race time is 7 a.m. There’s still time to register or show up and cheer on your favorite runners. Proceeds benefit the Chapman Scholarship Fund.
  • Get fired up at the Fourth Annual Chili Cook-off and Tailgate, on Saturday from 5 to 6:30 p.m. in Attallah Piazza. Walk over to Ernie Chapman Stadium for the football game or enjoy the Homecoming Game Viewing Party in the Piazza.
