Got an upcoming event? 25Live is ready to help with that

instant-access

Event planning is about to get a whole lot easier at Chapman University. Starting Sept. 1 all the paperwork and details required to plan any campus event will be processed through a new online tool called 25Live.

The new program streamlines the process of managing everything from room reservation and facilities set up to catering and media services, says Josh Levesque, special projects administrator for the Office of the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.

“It digitizes a process that currently exists in the form of dozens of emails and hundreds of phone calls and several jaunts across campus,” Levesque says. “It provides a single resource, one-stop source for planning an event.”
