Dawn BonkerAmidst flowers, bagpipers and balmy skies, more than 1,000 undergraduates and 600-plus graduate and law school students received their degrees from Chapman University in ceremonies held Friday and Saturday.
Honorary doctorates were awarded to former California Supreme Court Justice Cruz Reynoso; Leon Leyson, the youngest member of “Schindler’s List;” Rueben Martinez, noted literacy activist and Chapman presidential fellow; Susan Sygall, international mobility advocate; and Steve Mosko, president of Sony Pictures Television.
