Lucky us — it's recital season

It’s that time of year when the hard-working students in the College of Performing Arts fill the calendar with a variety of year-end recitals and ensemble concerts, including the conservatory’s biggest event of the year, the Sholund Scholarship Concert, at 4 p.m., May 7.

And don’t miss the award-winning
Chapman Guitar Ensemble
, which performs at 8 p.m. Sunday, May 1, in Salmon Recital Hall. Admission is free.
