Wow, Beatle maniacs! Our e-mail box is full with replies to our Fab Four trivia quiz, and it didn’t take you eight days a week to do it. Within minutes of posting, the answers flew in. No doubt we’ll see you all Friday, Aug. 6, at 5:30 p.m. when Paperback Writer, a great Beatles tribute band, takes the stage in Attallah Piazza for Chapman University’s second free Summer Concert. Check out the video above to catch a glimpse of what’s in store for us all. Now start packing that picnic, or plan on buying a hot dog and nachos at the concert and rounding it out with free lemonade and popcorn. See you there!
Oh, and the first player to e-mail us the correct answers and thus win the prize was alumnus Michael Gordon ’07 School of Law. Just in case anyone out there was stumped by the quiz, here are the answers:
- The Cavern is in Liverpool, England. But a big smiley face to the speed typist who gave us a chuckle with the typo “Liverpoop.”
- Bob Eubanks was the DJ who mortgaged his house to back The Beatles’ first Hollywood Bowl concert.
- The group’s last photo session together was at John and Yoko’s house in Tittenhurst Park.
